Upper Valley Regional Communications Center

The UVRCC dispatches several Police, Fire/EMS, and Highway agencies in Grafton County NH, Sullivan County NH, and Orange County VT. The primary dispatch channel is refered to as UVCOMM. Towns east of Lebanon are dispatched on the Repeater A channel and Cornish, NH in Sullivan County is dispatched on its own repeater, commonly known as the Cornish Repeater. UVRCC also serves as the back-up communications center for the City of Lebanon and the Hartford Regional Communications Center in Hartford, VT.

As of 2023, the UVRCC utilizes the Phoenix G2 Station Alerting System known as TOM (the name of the voice). Housed inside the Hanover Fire Department, it serves as the primary means of toning/alerting all Fire/EMS agencies dispatched by UVRCC.

As of 2024, all Fire/EMS agencies dispatched by UVRCC are now operating on UVCOMM (UV-FireNET). The "Repeater A" & "Cornish Repeater" are still online/functional as a contingency should UVCOMM go down.

The table below shows the departments dispatched by UVRCC, as well as what dispatch channel they are toned out on. Towns in bold are located in Grafton County. Agencies are dispatched on 155.8275Mhz PL-173.8.

City of Lebanon Communications Operated By The Police Department

City of Lebanon Fire Alarm

The City of Lebanon Communications dispatches Firefighters/Paramedics, Law Enforcement Officers, and Highway Crews for the City of Lebanon only. They do however serve as the back-up for the Upper Valley Regional Communications Center. Lebanon does share the two operations channels with UVRCC and the Hartford VT Regional Communications Center which are a part of the UVRESA MOU for fire units to utilize. They are known as Operations 1 and Operations 2. Lebanon primarily uses OPS-2, like Hanover & Hartford Fire Departments would when on a scene in their respective jurisdictions.

The City of Lebanon Fire Department is dispatched on 151.23500 MHz - N379 (P25 - Simulcast)

Lebanon started using the Pheonix G2 Station Alerting System aka Samantha back in 2021 to help free up dispatch when toning out calls. However, when a call goes above a General Alarm, the SAS tones out only the city units. Following that, the dispatcher announces a First, Second, Third, or Fourth Alarm depending on the situation, and lists on the mutual aid assignments based on the run cards for the zone in which the incident has occurred.

Below are the towns that the City of Lebanon Fire Department provides mutual aid EMS coverage for:
